The reference miner is CPU-oriented; SOST does not enforce CPU-only at consensus level. Build from source and start mining with sost-miner. (Historical: blocks mined before #25,000 allocated 25% to the Gold Reserve automatically; since V15 that share is 0 and the per-block split is 50% miner / 50% DTD.)
Validate the chain independently. Every full node strengthens the network by relaying blocks and transactions, maintaining the UTXO set, and enforcing consensus rules.
C++17 codebase, MIT licensed. Open issues, submit pull requests, review code, write tests. All development is public on GitHub.
PoPC was redesigned to a single native-SOST bond and is now paused / legacy, superseded by DTD / DTD Jackpot (zero emission since V15, #25,000). The earlier Model A / Model B gold-custody design is historical; there is no active custody program to join today.
