Before posting or replying in the OTC / P2P Board, please confirm you understand each of the following. SOST Protocol does not intermediate, custody, or escrow trades — the discipline below is what protects you.

• 1. SOST Protocol does NOT intermediate, custody, or escrow any trade I make here. The board only hosts messages.
• 2. I will verify any payment DIRECTLY in my bank or wallet. Screenshots, SMS notifications, and email alerts are NOT proof of payment.
• 3. Payment methods like PayPal Friends & Family (180 days), SEPA / instant bank transfer (8 weeks), and Wise instant can be REVERSED. I will wait the full clearing window or use irreversible methods (cash in person, on-chain USDC/USDT).
• 4. I will not move the conversation to private DMs or off-platform apps with someone I do not already trust.
• 5. I will use small test transactions for any new counterparty.
• 6. Admins NEVER DM first. Anyone claiming "official escrow", "verified buyer/seller", "guaranteed liquidity", or pressuring me to act fast is a scam.

ⓘ OTC REPUTATION — COMMUNITY-CURATED, UNVERIFIED

This room is for users to share experiences with past OTC / P2P counterparties.
• SOST Protocol does NOT verify, attest, or endorse any reputation claim posted here.
• A positive review is not a SOST guarantee. A negative review is not a SOST accusation.
• Reputation in a non-custodial board is community-curated, not platform-attested.
• Fake reputation is itself a scam pattern. Scammers can create multiple identities and post fake positive reviews about themselves (Sybil attack). Cross-check before trusting any single thread.
• Posting format suggestion (entirely voluntary): trade size, payment method, counterparty handle, outcome (delivered / partial / undelivered), evidence link (block explorer / txid). The more verifiable detail, the more useful.
• Do NOT post the counterparty's real name, address, phone, ID, or any other personal data — that crosses into doxxing.
• Sentinel scam patterns and rate limits apply identically to this room.
