SOST Deal Channels — Encrypted Coordination for Atomic Swaps & OTC

␀ Reframing — Atomic Swap / OTC. Trading PoPC staking contracts (buy/sell/split positions, sell reward rights) is disabled (POPC_DEX_ENABLED=false) in the current release (V30000); the signed-offer SOST-layer DEX activates at block #30,000 (automatic by height), admin-gated at consensus (S14 RESTRICTED DEVELOPER MODE) with public access disabled. PoPC is a non-tradeable native SOST bond — see PoPC Bond Staking. This surface is non-custodial swap & OTC coordination (signed offers, encrypted deal channels).

End-to-End Encrypted: All messages are end-to-end encrypted. The relay cannot read content. Only timestamps, message types, and deal metadata are visible. Content is decrypted only by the participating parties.

All messages are end-to-end encrypted. The relay cannot read content.

Message types visible on the timeline (offer, accept, cancel, settlement_notice) indicate only the type of coordination step. The actual terms, prices, and identities within messages are encrypted and visible only to the two parties in the deal channel.
